The Odd Fellow Rebekah Home Association Inc was established in 1889. It is owned and operated by the Odd Fellow and Rebekah fraternal orders of Wisconsin. The Organization began with families taking care of families, providing over a century of change and adapting to meet the needs in the community.

Providing dignity, care and warmth in a caring environment since 1889. Our 88 bed skilled nursing facility is located to clinics, two area hospitals all in historic Astor neighborhood. Our restorative nursing staff is committed to maintaining those hard earned accomplishments. With the help and guidance of our specially trained staff we assist with all activities of daily living to maintain or maximize your independence.

Odd Fellows is a uniquely designed building. On one end, you have our beautiful Astor Terrace Rehab and a convenient walk through an indoor walkway you arrive at the recently renovated long term care side of Odd Fellow Home. In the event you are not able to return home, our long term care units in Odd Fellow Home allow you to stay at the facility with the staff you have developed relationships with.

As a C.N.A., you will provide basic patient care under the direction of a nurse, but at Odd Fellow Home, you are so much more than that. You are an extremely valuable member of a team that focuses on quality care. You have a voice and you make a difference. We have full and part time openings in the rehab and in the Long-Term Care units.
