CNC HD plasma cutting offers a fully automated production process in various metals up to 3 inches thick. This ensures the product is cut exactly as designed every time. CNC flame cutting combines the precision of a machine guided cut with the cutting power of an oxygen/fuel torch allowing parts as thick as 6 inches to be fabricated with tight tolerances.

Our highly trained team of welders are capable of fabricating many types of metal including stainless steel and aluminium. With experience in agriculture, oilfield, and medical fabrication we are sure to meet all quality standards. Our large 5ft by 10ft CNC tables are equipped with both Plasma torches as well as Oxy / Fuel torches.

Plasma cutting is a process that cuts through metal by of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Typical materials cut with a plasma torch include steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our state of the art Thermal Dynamics cutting systems run from 30 amps up to 300, allowing us to cut up from 14ga up to 3 thick.
