Mikhail was fantastic. Showed up within 40 minutes on a Sunday morning. Troubleshot every step properly and kept us up to date with what to expect. Found the right parts (Circuit board) and had it installed the next morning. Definitely recommend.

We changed our HVAC maintenance company from one we had had for years due to lack of response to several inquiries regarding the status of our older hvac units. Our experience with Smylie One, particularly Andres Ortiz, was refreshing. He made a minor repair to a loose wire on the heat exchanger, answered our questions regarding the status/condition of our older units and couldn't have been nicer.

Smylie team of Cody and Jerrel did an incredible very difficult job at our home installing 2 high velocity air conditioning systems. It was a lot of dirty work in cramped spaces and they always went the extra mile to ensure that the new system was as unobtrusive as they could make it be. They did an awesome job!!

Our AC wasnt blowing cold air and I also smelled Freon coming from the vents so I submitted my concern on Smylie Ones website. Linda then spoke to me and sent the technician Andres over to diagnose our ac unit. The first thing Andres did before entering our home was that he put on shoe covers which was very important for us! Andres explained that our ac unit outside was low on Freon but could also be leaking somewhere in the lines. He then pointed us in the right direction to speak with consultants about replacing our ac unit . Andres and Linda were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend
