Havent bought my mower yet but Brad was amazing. Brad is very knowledgeable and enjoys what he does. He took time to explain everything and additionally made sure that I understood all the specifics of the mower I was looking for. Waiting for the mower to come in.

Worst service I have experienced. EVER!
1. Picked up lawn mower for repair, never called with estimate. Whenever I called to check on it I was told "we haven't got to it yet, but are hoping to get to it today or tomorrow.
2. Went in for a face to face since I couldn't get any answers over the phone about the status of my repair. Was told that it would be "about $100-$150" for the repair. Final bill was over $300
3. After they had my mower for a week, the informed me that there was a pick-up/delivery fee of $50
4. When they called to set up delivery they asked how I was going to pay and when
