Service is too slow.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: To follow up with your remarks. I did not demand why my Laptop was not fixed ahead of others. However, I called 3 hours later and found out that no one had started working on the Laptop and no techs were in the store. I stated that I would pick it back up and placed a 1-star review on google. The owner then attempted to call me and figure out a way to remove my review, but when I found a repair store that offered to fix it faster, I ended up keeping my review. The event occurred: I dropped my Laptop somewhere between 11 - 12 am. Roughly 3 hours later, and

When my computer died out of nowhere I was in a panic as I need it for work. I had driven by MM Tech Doctor many times and decided to try them out after checking reviews. I am very impressed with the detail that was shared with me regarding possible reasons for my computer failure, cost of diagnostics and likely needed repair. Manny wanted me to understand what was going on and what it would take to fix it. It was repaired and is working better than when new. When my laptop was giving me problems, I was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon. I spoke with Yaz, who was very knowledgeable and help me update whatever was necessary to try and solve the problem. He should me exactly what he was doing throughout the entire process and even fixed my problem. Glad I found this place!
