Let us tell you a little bit about your horseback riding adventure, and what to expect while hittin' the dusty trail at Kay's Acres. Upon arrival, we will meet to conduct your safety brief, prior to entering the area where you will meet and mount your horses. We can take up to 7 "rental" horses along with a guide. For larger parties we are required to go out in separate groups to abide by Virginia state law. The entire experience is usually an hour and a half - two hours. This includes interactions with horses upon arrival, an arena orientation and safety brief, as well as visiting with our petting zoo animals.
Kay
Report
Kayden (Kay) is the heart and soul of Kay's Acres. While brainstorming a name to embody all of the joy and beauty his facility has to offer, Joe (Kay's Acres Owner & Founder) had decided to dedicate the name to Kay who fills his life with that joy, beauty and so much more. There were no prior indications that she would live with special needs.
