Nice location and sized unit. Management will listen to and evaluate concerns and repairs but they dont get resolved/fixed. I have been waiting for over 7 months even though commitment was provided to have the work done after winter. Grass clipping are left all over the outside to the point where I wear boots to easily dust off when exiting the back. Concern about lawn care expressed, no change. We dont let our grandchildren play in the back due to the piled up grass clippings and allergy. Trash containers overfill. These are observations that have developed overtime since Bialy acquired

Only reason I selected one star is because the system requires you to. Please beware, I have tons of pictures and videos of the living conditions in 2 of the properties, showing that there is an issue with both rats/mice and roaches. However, Bialy themselves have done a few 'inspections' and determined that there isn't an issue. My son, who has health concerns, cannot even sleep in the bedroom due to roaches crawling on the walls and ceilings. Pictures will be posted as soon as County Inspection is completed. I am hopeful that the County Inspectors are unbiased and neutral. We'll see if the pictures

Now i Know why there are so many bad reviews ...To anyone looking to rent an apartment or house in Circleville stay away from BialyCorp !!! I have had nothing but bad experiences with maintenance , yard work , lease agreement changes mid lease !! When I finally said enough is enough I asked if there was any way I could get out of my lease early and of course they said no and the person who deals leases at the office Sue was extremely rude when all I was doing was

If it was possible to leave a less than 1 star review that's exactly what I would do. There are so many things wrong with this company I do not even know where to begin. The staff is rude and unprofessional and the landlords weasel their way out of taking responsibility for their properties.
