Warm,friendly place when you walk in the door. Never in a hurry. Call your insurance . Doc Armstrong greets and talks and laughs with you during the ear exam, fitting. Makes you feel like part of the family. No pressure. You have a choice in the price. Prices on the wall. Answers your questions. Both my husband Delbert and myself Recommend them highly. We have always been happy with the results.

Was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when the Dr had much experience with my problem & offered to send my old unit back for a refurbish & give my an option of a refresh or buy new. Will know more next week, so far so good. CJ Jackson
