Over 30 mins late during initial session (no one was inside). Then got scheduled incorrectly for my reg touch up, so I had to wait over 30 mins for the specialist to arrive. 2 years later, Im trying to give them another chance for my annual touch up but they failed to honor the fact that we were (and still are) in a pandemic where I wasnt able to get my touch up last year.
Unprofessional and inconsiderate. But happy that Ill now be giving my money to a small business who deserves it.

Teyana was punctual and professional. The salon was clean and well-organized. She showed me the new, sanitized materials she'd be using. We had great conversation and listened to good music, so the time passed quickly. Two hours later, my brows look gorgeous! She reshaped then a bit, making them fuller and longer than my microblading from 2.5 years ago. They are absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to recommending her to friends and strangers alike.
