What Sets Us Apart
Report
As the only infant to adolescent focused dental practice in the Lakes Region, Dr. Melissa Kennell, General Dentist, Dr. Matthew Smith, Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, and Dr. Timothy Smith believe seeing the dentist can be a fun and positive experience. At Children's Dentistry you and your child are greeted with a warm and comfortable atmosphere that lasts throughout your visit, which helps reduce any anxiety your child may have.
First Visit
Report
Our office, as well as the The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age. Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.

For more information concerning pediatric dentistry, please visit the website for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The pediatric dentist has an extra two to three years of specialized training after dental school, and is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teenage years.
No Cavity Club
Report
Each month we are pleased to select a patient that comes into the office and receives a report of NO CAVITIES! To celebrate this success and hard work we award the winner with an official NO CAVITY CLUB certificate and a prize to suit their interests. Great oral hygiene takes a lot of work and we are excited each month to award a child for their great effort.
