Unprofessional booking system and hotel. We booked a reservation and they called today indicating they overbooked. We received via email confirmation when we booked on their website and thus we planned our trip. They called my significant other and notified him they overbooked and cancelled the reservation. An adequate and professional hotel would remedy this error.

Talk about the worlds rudest owner/receptionist whatever she may be called. Walked in and asked to kindly use the restroom while waiting for the NYC bus. Note fully clothed and dry not as if I came sopping wet off the beach. To be told there are porter potty's across the street and to leave her business before she calls security. I always support local as we own a business on the island ourselves but will never suggest not support here again and will advise all others the same.

Food is mediocre. Fish tacos were awful. Fish was cooked until it taste like cardboard and the tortillas were a little hard. Lots of sour cream though but I think they put on so much to mask the fish plus the Mahi tasted weird, like dirt, just awful. I did enjoy my appetizer (Thai Garlic Ribs). I should have gotten 2 of those!! My husband enjoyed his burger and it did look good. My suggestion just keep it simple!

Very disappointed small room 200$ per night no one to call with questions after 8 . No ice machine it's there but we never found it. To be on vacation and have to deal with BS at this price but then again you have no choice if you want to stay in Surf City very sad!

Had a very pleasant set up for outdoor seating. Delicious Bloody Mary. Had a chopped salad and it was fresh and delicious. Will definitely return.
