Serving the Norman area, Dr. Leonard performs all varieties of anesthesia including pediatric, neurosurgical, cardiac, vascular, orthopedic, ENT and OB/GYN cases. Dr. Leonard has completed specialized training in interventional pain techniques. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Oklahoma and his MD at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
