Amy White began gymnastics at age seven, becoming a state champion before competing at Texas Women's University and Houston Baptist University. She has coached numerous area and state champions while developing successful collegiate athletes.
Lloyd White
Co-Owner & Coach
Lloyd White transitioned to gymnastics coaching after a multi-sport athletic career. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in training competitive athletes and has helped develop multiple national-level competitors and collegiate cheer scholarship recipients.
