Are you tired, aching for change in your life? Maybe feeling something uncomfortable that you can't explain other than worried, depressed, stressed out, off, or even unfulfilled? Is faith an important part of your life, but don't have a space to talk about it in relation to mental health? I can help.

Let's bring some clarity to your life situation and equip you with tools to better navigate the road. I help anxious, stressed out Christians, learn how to calm their mind and move from feeling like they will never be good enough into feeling confident and more at peace with themselves.

About
Report
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #93574. I practice psychotherapy because I believe that people naturally have the talents to live authentically, with rich and meaningful relationships. I've seen so much shame and stigma within the church community and it brings me great joy to partner with clients to help them increase self-compassion, authenticity, and find healing and feel better.

Individual therapy is a collaborative experience and I take an eclectic approach to treatment. I work with issues such as: life transitions, anxiety, depression, personal growth/self-esteem, LGBTQ+ issues, recovery, religious trauma, stress management, and trauma. Mentoring
Report
Do you need support and direction with finding your way as a mental health clinician? Even if you already have a supervisor, a mentor can still provide alternative support and guidance. Mentoring is a relationship focusing on supporting the clinical development of the mentee. This relationship is built upon a partnership between the mentor and mentee.
Supervision
Report
My professional experience includes working in both agency and private practice settings. I have also completed extensive acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) trainings and am a Certified Domestic Violence Facilitator. As individuals, I believe we are all on a lifelong journey of learning and growth.

Sessions start with some information gathering about you. This beginning time is for me to get to know you, so that I can better assist you with your presenting problems. I'll ask you what's bringing you to therapy. We'll come up with goals together and ways we can address them. During our course of treatment together, I'll evaluate our progress either through a confidential online survey or verbally.
