Didnt get anything after they got there money
Had a furnace that buy the time I got done fixing I could have bought a new one
They told me they would pay for it.Didnt ever hear from them again its been five years Im still waiting for my money back

The worst company to buy from if you live in Maine even though they say they deliver to Maine and Vermont! Good luck if you need anything replaced they will never show and then they will stop answering phone calls and emails tell you for months theres a work order in...yea thats a bunch of BS!! Cabinets and countertops are bowing bad sheet rock has cracks waiting to be fixed been almost a year cant paint. Siding and skirting dont match we will be back to fix these problems. Doors are not crooked not put in right! The list goes on and on. Please do your research before buying a

Sales staff was super nice until you put your deposit down, they tell you manufacturing takes 6 weeks. However, they drag their feet doing all of the paperwork which they make take 3 weeks, once all of the paperwork was done actual production was about 12 weeks and lots of phone calls later...noone ever wants to talk to you because they dont have any answers as to where your house is In production. Neil went as far to say that other people paid more for their house and they were more important. Finally my mothers house has been delivered, its been a week and still no set up crew. They have a decent selection of homes. Stephanie is the only one worth dealing with. The rest of them seem like they dont care and are just hanging around. Be forewarned at Camelot, they are less expensive than other dealers, but you are your own general contractor. YOU will be responsible for coordinating everything for your new home. That was why we didnt go with them. There are many moving pieces and buying a home alone is enough stress. If you dont mind doing everything, talk with Stephanie and she is extremely helpful!

I went to Camelot Homes with my mother to look for options for one level living. They had many options available and are always happy to help. My mother worked with a Sales Rep, Gary Harbour, who was so attentive to my mother's wants and needs. Gary has a lot of knowledge and experience with modular homes and mobile homes. If you are looking for a modular or mobile home, you need to check out Camelot Homes and tell Gary I sent you!!! You will not be disappointed.

I have been shopping around for quite some time not being able to find exactly what I was looking for or the customer service I would expect of fine homebuilders. Then I came across Camelot homes.
