I had to send my Aquasweep 360 Rotator in for repairs after a power outage and surge damaged it. Turn around time was 3 days after it was received at Scott. I wasn't sure if it was still under warranty but they assured that it was. Electronics were replaced, and shipped for free back to me. Awesome products, awesome service!!! I'll be a return customer...

We have had several great experience with Scott aerator! They were timely, friendly and offered PHENOMENAL service! Both times they took our weed blower and our oscillator back and replaced them in a timely manner! We love the product as well, itworks great to keep the weeds away in our swimming area!

I bought a scott aerator in 2018 and it ran perfectly non-stop for almost four years. In the fourth year the motor stopped working and was still under warranty. I contacted the company and they immediately responded, sent me instructions on how to send it back to them, and promptly sent me a new motor. Its refreshing to work with a company that does what they say theyll do. Couldnt recommend them more!
