At Psychiatric Services of Prescott, we see adults in need of psychiatric care and assessment. Services offered are based on the belief that psychiatric problems result from the interaction between biological, social and psychological factors. Treatment for these problems should integrate these three factors.

We provide services to patients with quality in mind. We respect patients spiritual values and keep the patient's cultural issues in mind as well. We recognize the importance of patient involvement in determining treatment and see the family and other support systems as an important aspect of care.

If I am a Medicare beneficiary, I will not expect claims to be filed or reimbursements to be made by Medicare or my secondary insurance, as Psychiatry Services of Prescott has opted out of Medicare.

Most health insurance plans today have clauses which limit coverage to "usual and customary fees for reasonable and necessary services." Because some of the treatments used in psychiatry are not recognized by some insurance companies, we cannot guarantee the amount or availability of coverage for our services and treatment under your health care insurance policy.

Scheduling: You must have a scheduled appointment to be seen. Schedule an appointment by calling the office at 928-776-7400. You may also request an appointment by email at [email protected], please include contact information. For new patients there is a one- time scheduling deposit of $50.00 for evaluations which is due prior to your appointment.
