This is the only place for your boot care needs! All the staff has true compassion and actually care about your every things, wants and needs. Karen was very helpful, and took the time to show me what I was looking for, and not just one, she gave me options!! I always leave with a smile and I will be a forever customer here for sure!

I brought in a purse a couple weeks ago to have the strap repaired. I didn't receive a phone call that it was finished even though they had told me they would call when it was ready for pick up. I had to call and ask if it was ready for pick up. I brought my purse in clean and got it back dirty. They must have threw it in a box of dirty shoes or whatever. Needless to say, I'll take my business elsewhere. Not sure why this place has good reviews.

Just great all around. Took a pair of boots in for heels and they went above and beyoind normal. Excellent work took a couple of weeks,3. But he helped with a couple of other problems and $50! I recommend them to anyone and everyone
