Been working on this 1997 Wrangler taking up drive way space for several years. Getting parts from junk yards, Craig's Lists etc. I've watched many "How To" Tube videos and purchased tools and testers to make it road legal. Finally, taking it to Mastertech. They solved the problems and it passed the smog test.
