Awful, have showed up multiple times with kids sick from stuff the whole family has had coughing up green stuff and they will not write any antibiotics to help them get better. Even after we tell them antibiotics has cured the whole family. They just want to keep doing test so they can bill the insurance and send them home. Only to bring them back after they have gotten worse. The reason they arent busy there is because they arent very good. Go to urgent care if you cant get in at another pediatrician. This place is a joke 90% of the time

Sometimes we have to wait, but we are willing to do so for the care we receive for our children. We love Dr. Smith and how thorough he is in answering all of our questions and concerns.

Office staff is friendly. But you may an appointment, get there 20 minutes early to make sure paperwork is done, 1 hr and 20 minutes after your appointment the only thing done is temperature, height and weight. Its ridiculous. But they have a big sign to tell you if YOU are more than 20 minutes late, they will cancel you and make you call the provider to see if they will even reschedule

Usually seen up to an hour after scheduled appointment time. They have no problem charging you if you are 20 minutes late. Maybe they should follow their own policy and pay the patient if they are over 20 minutes late!! I will be showing up at 19 minutes late from now on...

The staff have no idea how to run an office. Had an appointment at 4:50 pm, 2 hours later still in the office. They don't care about their parents. Go somewhere else.

We recently switched our pediatrician for our 2 daughter's to Leitchfield Pediatrics . They were recommended to us by our daughter's (who has autism) speech and occupational therapist. We could not have been more happy or impressed! We waited almost 3 months to be seen by a previous doctor. When we brought our medical records to Leitchfield Pediatrics, we made an appointment the same day! With the previous doctor, it was very hard getting our daughter the referrals she needed to get the help she needed.
