I was staying at hotel in Coalville & the previous day had driven 900 miles. I was in so much pain in my upper back, i could hardly get out of bed. I called the Wellness center and they took me in right away. They gave me electric shock therapy as well as ultrasonic followed by some "soft tissue work"...24 hours later the pain was 95% gone and I spent the day on the ski hill. I feel so thankful for the team that looked after me there. I'm an elite level amateur triathlete, so physical Therapy is something i am quite familiar with. They did a GREAT job.

We were camping in ledgefork and directed here because we were told they accepted our insurance. After waiting an hour, filling out all the paper work and paying the co pay for the insurance, we get told they dont like accepting out of state insurances because sometimes they haven't gone through, AT A DIFFERENT FACILITY. We had to commit to paying out of pocket if the insurance didnt go through before they had even run it before they would agree to treat us. We then had to agree to pay for a doctor's visit as well for just getting a tetanus shot because he was under 18. We waited another 30 min

There is only one doctor there who is worthwhile the other doctor's my family and I have seen had a horrible bed side manor and one even mis-diagnosed me without doing any labs and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress with my first pregnancy. The billing department is the worst, they never bill insurance and instead send us a statement for the entire amount and we have to call and give insurance information again and again. Not worth the location convenience and instead trekking to Park City for care instead.

Horrible service, do NOT go there! Me and my husband had appointment with Doctor Gregory Iverson, when we approached the receptionist we got an unpleasant feel from her, her customer service was very poor, she gave us a bunch of forms to fill out and after we had to wait 45 minutes until she came out and said the doctor is unable to see us because he is busy with another customers and we will have to reschedule in 3 weeks!!! I felt like a second class citizen because we are minority couple and it is so sad that this still goes on in today's modern society.
