ALYSSA RADU is a co-founder of 1MINDSET, Ms. Radu owns and operates 1MINDSET. She is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company. Currently coaches at Penn Fusion Soccer Academy. She was chosen as a mentor in the NSCAA's 30 under 30 Program. Ms. Radu directored and developed the curriculum for the Philadelphia Union's Girls Summer Select Program during the summer of 2013 and 2014.

The psychological nature of a female athlete is undeniably different than that of their male counterpart. Our own experiences and endeavors as female athletes provides us with the ability to cater specifically to the female soccer player.

We were all directly impacted by the devastation that hit our coast with Super Storm Sandy; whether it hit our own homes, our friends' homes, our families' homes, or it just broke our hearts. This disaster has hit way too close to home for us as the wrath of Sandy has caused surging oceans to engulf our neighborhoods along with wind, fire, and flooding that have left homes in mere pieces.

Throughout the year 1MINDSET sets up clinics on various topics. We conduct finishing clinics, defending principles, as well as conduct other special topic classroom sessions on leadership, mental training, and nutrition. These clinics are designed with the female player's needs in mind and are tailored to players' age and skill level.
