Maps Coffee & Chocolate
The current phase of our journey includes a rockstar team, a supportive community, and a range of game-changing coffee and chocolate products. But it all began with the effort and vision of one man, whose craftsmanship and innovation is the pulse of everything we do and whose friendly expertise is what brings customers back again and again for fan favorites and his newest creations.

In 2013, Vincent left almost two decades in a corporate job at Starbucks to open a bike shop where he made handmade bicycles in the back workshop. A year after opening, Vincent bought his coffee roaster and began roasting coffee. Local bike fans sure did, and they spread the word about Maps coffee like wildfire (thanks guys!).
Services
Cold Brew
Report
Our chocolate is especially vulnerable to the effects of temperature fluctuation because we avoid the use of all stabilizers, preservatives, and fillers. We occasionally make the tough call to postpone shipping on hot days, and we always update you accordingly. Please contact us if you are unhappy in any way with your order and we'll do what we can to make it right.
Our Coffee
Report
We are proud of our fresh coffee and signature roast profiles, which prioritize flavor over shortcuts and trends. Any chance we get, we work with importers who prioritize partnerships with farmers as well as the quality of their beans. We take pride in the quality of our beans, and once they hit our workshop we work tirelessly to do those beans justice.
Our Chocolate
Report
Chocolatiers melt and mold chocolate, while chocolate makers actually make the chococolate. We don't use soy lecithins, preservatives, or additives to extend the shelf life or enhance the flavors of our chocolates. While our base recipes are delightfully simple, we expand on that range to offer fun flavors.
Bikes
Report
After almost two decades working for Starbucks, Vincent decided to start his own bike shop. He financed the shop, sold bikes, and taught himself how to hand build frames. The love for coffee didn't die. He started roasting in the workshop, and eventually the coffee business had a life of its own beyond the bike shop.
