Onset School of Music is an upbeat, inspiring, and experienced network of music instructors/musicians. We are a company that prides ourselves in the people that represent us, the teachers. We serve the communities of Essex and Middlesex Counties with students from Wakefield, Lynnfield, Reading, North Reading, Peabody, Stoneham, Saugus, Wilmington, and Melrose.
Our 11,000 square foot facility features a performance stage, 12 spacious lesson rooms, ensemble studios, a coffee house/lounge, and a game room. We offer music lessons in nearly all instruments including: guitar, bass, drums, voice, piano, woodwinds and string instruments.

In a cappella you will learn how to harmonize, mash up songs, read music, imitate instruments with our voice, and have a great time! Onset's Summer Session Band Workshops are perfect for the serious student ready to take their musicianship to the next level.
