Since our inception in 1992, Ergo-Help has lead the industry for custom, multiple-stage, space-saving, telescopic air cylinders. Our patented EHTC telescoping cylinder design enables each stage to retract fully into each successive stage, allowing for the shortest possible retracted stage matched to its stroke.
Air Control Modules

Incorporating a pneumatic cylinder into an application means you will also require a directional valve, most likely flow control valves for regulating piston speed, and some sort of actuation mechanism (push-buttons, lever, etc.) for piston deployment. Our EHPC air control modules fit all of these three components into one convenient hand-help unit.

In-line mounted control allows for direct manipulation of the load, turning the task of moving heavy items into a natural and effortless movement, with a near-zero learning curve requirement.
End-tooling
Report
Gripper tooling for inside core grasping and transfer of rolls while stacked vertically. Gripping action provided by a steel mandrel gripper tooled with a saw-tooth pattern. The gripper drops into the roll core and expands via pneumatic actuation to provide a reliable ID core grip of the roll, allowing for effortless transfer of the load with zero damage to the product.
