My family and I have been going here for service for three years, and recently purchased my new truck here. The entire organization is great, but for sure what keeps me coming back is the Nissan Service Manager, Julie. Waste of time.
Kuhio offered to buy our vehicle which is listed for sale. We figured that there might be an ulterior motive but tried anyway. They took the vehicle and spent almost a full hour inspecting it. (It's not that big) and then offered low bluebook trade in value for the car. Non negotiable. Which was way below the private party blue book value of the vehicle. I understand that they are running a business and need to buy low and sell high, mark up vehicles to cover their costs and make a profit but why not just get vehicles at auction or trade-ins instead of wasting my time which

I had a problem with my 2011 Ford Escape and brought it to Kuhio Ford. The maintenance advisers are always courteous and professional. Dustin took care of me this time. It turns out that the problem was covered under extended warranty and that I did not have to pay a dime. I am very pleased with the honesty and professionalism at Kuhio Ford.
