Still Pond Farm is located in the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Stanardsville, Virginia. Designed by the renowned landscape architects Wolfgang Oehme and James van Sweden, the farm and its paddocks are built to harmonize with nature while wooded horse trails frame the circumference of the property.

Still Pond Farm Stables provides both stall and field boarding with full access to our trails. We are a small, private farm, and pride ourselves on providing each horse and owner with personalized care.
All horses must be vaccinated (Rabies, Eastern and Western Encephalomyelitis, Tetanus, Equine Influenza, Rhinopheumonitis, West Nile Virus, Potomac Horse Fever and a recent deworming), and have proof of current negative Coggins test before arrival.Horses must maintain a routine vaccination schedule during their stay at Still Pond Farm Stables.

We are located close to route 33, highway 64, and Shenandoah National Park. Rent our spacious cottage that is set near our stables with trailer parking, or park your trailer in a private location near our barn, with a beautiful view of our paddock.
