Our office opened in 2001 and is composed of highly skilled staff including Provider Carol Tristan, Audio/Lab Technician Cindy Hampton, and Patient Services Coordinator Nancy Schott. These wonderful professionals provide a wide variety of solutions for patients suffering from hearing loss and tinnitus.
Carol has a seasoned background in the hearing industry. She was raised in Victoria and has also worked at our office since 2001. She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of hearing loss. Carol is highly qualified in fitting hearing aid patients and performing comprehensive hearing evaluations.

As one of the original NewSound employees, I began my career as a Patient Services Coordinator in 1998, working toward getting my hearing instrument specialist license in 2010. During my 18 years with NewSound, I have insisted on providing the best possible patient experience, going above and beyond to ensure that my patients are hearing their verified best.

We offer a wide range of services for hearing loss patients. You can expect everything from cerumen management (wax removal) to detailed hearing evaluations to providing advice on living with tinnitus. Our specialty is in repairing hearing aids, providing a hearing test to each patient and in providing for difficult-to-fit hearing losses.
