Our Appleton Homes

Our original Appleton location opened its doors with open hearts in 2005 followed by our newest facility in 2008. Our Appleton memory care facilities have 38 apartments. Each resident has their own private room with a half bath. In each of the two wings, you will see the circular motion of our rooms, enabling staff to meet the needs of each resident.
Our Menasha Homes

If you are searching for a quaint, cozy place to call home, our Menasha location is a perfect fit. Our Menasha homes feature a layout of two side by side ranch style houses that provide quality care to only 7-8 people per residence. Our Menasha homes are intimate, peaceful, and comforting. Neither of our locations are intimidating because we do not believe in large facilities.
