The Madison Clinic was added in 2008. We are a non-profit 501 c3 Federally Qualified Health Care Clinic (FQHC) serving the greater Norfolk and Madison area. The board of directors consists of 12 volunteers from both communities with expertise in various areas. They govern the clinic's operations and seek funding to provide quality affordable health care to residents of Northeast Nebraska.

Our board-certified pediatrician will provide your little ones with kind-hearted care that will put them at ease. Our providers can help with common wellness issues, as well as male-related health conditions. Our providers aim to help women achieve the best possible health through all stages of life.

Midtown Health Center wants you to have a big, healthy smile by visiting our Mobile Dental Unit. We are in Madison every other week. Dr. David Seger is a native of O'Neill, NE and a University of Nebraska Medical Center- College of Dentistry graduate. Dr. Seger joined the Midtown Dental team in 2016 and serves as Midtown's Chief Dental Officer.
Behavioral Health

Dr. Josh Turek, a licensed psychologist, is a Nebraska native and a University of Kansas graduate. He has experience collaborating with children and families in a variety of settings, including schools, university medical centers, and in primary care clinics. Josh provides a variety of behavioral health services, including assessment and treatment of common child/adolescent behavioral and developmental disorders.

For example, the rider has an appointment on Wednesday at 1:30 so the rider would call before 1:30 on Tuesday to reserve a ride. Calls to schedule a ride for a Monday appointment will need to be received before end of day on the previous Thursday. Providing high quality medical, behavioral health, and dental services that are affordable, accessible, and patient focused.
