I just want to say how much I appreciate Tomas at Heritage Home Medical Equipment. I needed repairs to a chair I have had for years but I didn't know where to turn to get it fixed. Even though I didn't buy the chair at their store, Tomas came to my home and helped me figure out what to do and how to get it fixed. Tomas patiently explained what he discovered and did the footwork to find a company that could do the work I needed to have done. Since I work at home and use this chair as my office chair, it is quite important to me, and I am really appreciative of his help. Plus, Tomas is just the nicest

This place has very poor service, and are not very knowledgeable dealing with tricare. Came to have an authorized referral for DME fulfilled and was told I would have to pay out of pocket because they didn't want to do the work to get the money themselves from the insurance provider. Not military friendly at all! Just an awful place filled with awful people.

After calling and asking if they had a walking boot for our toddler, they assured us they had what we needed. My wife drove an hour and a half to pick up said walking boot only to discover they have no idea what's actually in their store. They didn't have what they claimed to have. Only thing she was able to acquire while there was a platitudinous apology that was obvious they've given out countless times before... Should have read the other reviews on here before wasting our time. Would not recommend
