Natural Balance Wellness Center is committed to providing the highest quality chiropractic and acupuncture care in a warm, friendly, and caring environment. Natural Balance Wellness center was started by a husband and wife team, Dr. Matt and Dr. Sara Howard. They have always had a vision to provide complete chiropractic and acupuncture care along with a variety of other health services in one location.

We have grown to now include six independent practitioners located inside our Wellness Center that provide the following services: massage, skin care, counseling, craniosacral therapy and physical therapy services. Fortunately, not all wrist pain should be called CTS. It is important to determine, if in fact, the symptoms are being caused by the pressure on the nerves of the wrist, or if there is a different cause of the problem. It is VERY common for these types of symptoms to exist when there is a neck misalignment, history of auto injury, or other spinal conditions.
