I just listened to probably the nastiest Cochran employee on their payroll speak to my father who was calling to place a order for oil on the phone. She was so nasty and condescending. I requested my dad cancel the order and he called AWE oil and he was then treated with some respect. Cochran you need to get a handle on your female office worker. Respectfully

New Years Day an no heat. The oil tank was empty. NOBODY was delivering oil. We were in a bind. Until I called Cochran Oil. I cant thank them enough everyone I came in contact with was professional, helpful, and made sure we had heat. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT COCHRAN OIL.

I called around to a few places that were the same price as Cochran oil, however it was the customer service for me! I called them several times within a 15 minutes (I know, excessive but I was checking out prices lol) and every time someone picked up on the first ring. I could tell they were busy but they didnt show it by being short with you or rushing you off the phone. I had to let Vicky know that her customer service was on point! She got me set up with an account and delivery right away. For those reasons is why I chose Cochran Oil to heat my home. Thank you so much!

The guys from Cochran Oil and Federal Mechanical contractors were simply outstanding. These companies came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. I hired them to install a new Boiler and a propane on demand water heater. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, wore masks, cleaned up after the work was done each day and completed the job on time. The responded to all of my questions and used the highest quality of products at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and because of this experience plan to move all of my OIL and propane requirements to them!
