Mid day on December 23rd Comfort Connection made time to diagnose my broken gas furnace. By noon on Christmas eve Stefan & Sergey had a new unit installed and heating my home. These guys were excellent to work with. All of them were knowledgeable, professional and honest. As we head into a week of below freezing weather I am very happy with my purchase.

Comfort Connection really went above and beyond during the 2021 record heat wave! I called for help on a Friday and got same day service! Our new HVAC was installed on Tuesday in record time (4 days!!!) Steven, thank you so, so much! You, your son, Austin, and Cody are awesome!!! Our AC unit blew a capacitor on the hottest day in recorded Oregon history!
@#$#@$#@! I was very lucky and Comfort Connection is amazing. Steven picked up the phone directly when I called, and Sergei and he were able to show up 20 minutes later. They quickly confirmed the problem and changed the capacitor. Their rates are reasonable, they are very friendly, and service was speedy and impeccable. I am embarrassed to have taken my HVAC systems for granted over the years - and so I am looking forward to having them perform annual maintenance on our systems. For today, at 115 degree highs - Steven
