I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews about Ultimate Auto Sales, but due to my interest in one of their listed BMWs decided to contact them. I called and talked with Alex. He was very helpful, professional, and courteous. After about 6 months of looking for a car, I ended up getting a great deal on a BMW, with low Millage, and in excellent condition from Alex. I usually dont write that many reviews, but believe that this company has received some unfair negative reviews, so felt that it was important to share my experience. Got a good Chevy work truck here, Had a few small electrical glitches that the dealer was nice enough to pay for within the first week., Tires turned out to be completely dry rotted after having the vehicle inspected after purchase unfortunately., So thats 1000 bucks I lost right there But a very kind and efficient salesman.

Ahmad is very cordial, calm, and professional. We never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. It was easy to test drive the car we were looking at, and the car ran excellently. He was transparent about the cars history & provided two additional reports to look at. He offered us a great deal on the car we were looking at. Found these guys on craigslist they had the F-150 work truck I was looking for The price Was very reasonable and the condition was excellent! The best part Was definitely the service Alex Was Very polite and patient, and I can probably say I had one of the best conversations I've had in a while. I didn't feel pressured or intimidated which is one of the fears when stopping at a used car dealer we've all heard the stories. He was able to Finance me with a reasonable terms Definitely recommend this place to a anybody In the market for a Used Car.
