I had a really pleasant experience after being referred here by my PCP for eye pain. The staff and the doctor were all kind and helpful. I had a little bit of a wait, about 45 mins to see the doctor however for the amount of patients in there, they were moving pretty quickly.

I was having and emergency with my eye and tried to make an appointment. They lady on the phone was one of the rudest and most impatient person I have ever encountered. If you work in healthcare you should at least develop some sort of patience and basic human interaction skills.

My husband tried to make an appointment as a new patient at this place and the receptionist was so unprofessional on the phone. She sounded rude and intimidating as if he was bothering her. He told her dont worry there's other eye doctors in town and hanged up. He found a different eye doctor.

I have visited and seen several doctors in this practice over the past decade or so. All of them are competent and cordial. I have not had any bad experiences with any. The support staff, however, is another story. Among myriads physician's offices, clinics, and medical centers I have visited over the years, most seem to have ways of cycling out bad players and improve staff overall patient service quality. This office unfortunately seems to hold on to its staff, despite their lack of professionalism and their rudeness. Perhaps job security makes some of them too arrogant to care. The rudeness
