Because my placard is broken from our hot dry heat I have it prominently displayed in the corneof the car dashboard. It is also there with the paper that has the same number as the placard. This officer Carroll doesn't have good practical sense that there no violation here. This has happened twice at Valley hospital. This is very upsetting to come out and find a 250.00 ticket on the window.The last time I had to drive downtown, park, go to an office by union plaza hotel, wait in line to get the ticket canceled. Officer Carroll needs to have training in making decisions or find a different job.i

Husband parked the car on two different occasions to visit a friend and we got a ticket 2 times for not showing registration. We cannot get registered yet because we had a 4 month waiting on our DMV appointment. We have the appointment and there is nothing we can do until then; can't even get a permit. Even Police officers don't give us a ticket due to this covid issue with the DMV being backed up by appointment ONLY and I'm the only one in my household that is working the past year. Crooks! This is a shame, we pay taxes here.

I recently moved to this street one day one of our vehicles had a ticket for parking on the angle of the street. 2 days after another vehicle had another ticket for parking on the sewer this happen in front of my home there's no street signs or any red lines where it says you can't parked there in front of the house. I hate please nobody answer the phone

Parking meter took my money but didnt print a ticket for me to place in my car. Had to scrap change to get a parking ticket for my car. Can back after the 4 hours I original paid for and I had a ticket. I had paid my right to park there your meter didnt print a ticket. This place just wants your money
