Hired Optim Air to clean my vents 12/9/2020 they came - afterward my dryer no longer worked- I called them and they couldnt come back for a month. They told me it was my dryer, had my dryer checked it was not my dryer they actually clogged the vent because they did not clean it out. I bought a new dryer because I just wasnt sure snd the new dryer did not work either because the vent was still clogged. They came back a month later to fix it and apologized. The owners wife Kathleen was absolutely belligerent to me

These guys did a fantastic job! Our building is an old historic building and the air ducts had not been cleaned for years. They worked hard and were thorough. Went above and beyond and were very respectful with respect to cleaning up after their work.
