From Georgian Revival estates to contemporary waterfront homes, we deliver tailored solutions that reflect each client's unique vision while maintaining structural integrity and timeless elegance.
Historic Renovations
Specializing in the restoration of historic properties, we preserve architectural character while integrating modern amenities. Our team meticulously assesses existing structures to develop renovation plans that maintain original design elements while improving functionality. This includes updating mechanical systems, reconfiguring spaces for contemporary use, and ensuring compliance with preservation guidelines while enhancing property value through thoughtful modernization.
Outbuilding Construction
We design and construct complementary structures that extend living spaces beyond primary residences. Our portfolio includes pool houses, guest cottages, garden pavilions, and specialty buildings that maintain architectural consistency with main properties. Each project considers site integration, material selection, and functional requirements to create cohesive outdoor living environments that enhance property aesthetics and usability.
Interior Architecture
Our interior design services focus on optimizing spatial layouts while maintaining architectural harmony. We develop detailed plans for kitchen renovations, bathroom upgrades, and whole-house reconfigurations that improve flow and functionality. By coordinating with contractors and decorators, we ensure seamless integration of cabinetry, millwork, and architectural details that elevate interior spaces while meeting practical living requirements.
