Report
We ordered a new storm door, new sliding patio doors, and 10 new windows from Window World. We had a great sales person that promised life time warranty. The instillation crew was very respectful and professional. They had everything completed in less than two days. In less than a month the storm door has pulled away from the house and they refuse to fix the problem. They wanted to charge an addition $150 for them to come fix the door that is now laying on my front porch. If you are not willing to back up your installation, when it has been less than a month why would I trust you to reinstall the

Landlord hired Window World to replace windows, they broke a window twice while trying to get it off the trailer, then said they will be back in two to three weeks to install the last remaining window they broke, now its going on three months and the window sits behind the building where they left it not installed and missing its pane of glass they broke. Wood screws left all in the driveway creating me to replace four month old rear tires,$300 cost to replace, when they left they left trash all over the place.I would not recommend.

They replaced our windows in 2015 and did such a great job, we called them back this year to do vinyl wrap of our eaves and soffits. The installers were great, on time, cleaned up afterwards and even worked in the rain a bit to finish the job. I highly recommend Window World.

This is the third time I have hired WW; they are simply the best window, door, and siding company in the region. Our next project will be re-siding the house; and you bet the bank, we will be using WW.
