Our Officers have a variety of backgrounds ranging from military service, law enforcement to firefighters. We are not a warm body Agency and expect all of our Officers to meet our standards.
Most Officers do not meet our standards and wash out of the employment process within the first 90 days. SFI uses Trackforce electronic reporting program to ensure that our Officers are accountable to every client. Officers are monitored by GPS, reports are submitted automatically in real time and designated checkpoints ensure that important areas are monitored regularly.
