Our Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a secure, inpatient area reserved for patients experiencing psychiatric distress. This program has been designed to treat patients who are suffering from a mental health crisis including symptoms such as:. Crisis intervention and stabilization services are administered in a highly-monitored environment by specially trained nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Psychiatrists.
