Pheonix's Powder Coating started as a custom batch finishing process in 2016 and expanded during the year of 2018. At Pheonix's Powder Coating we are committed to providing you with a quality finish that will withstand the test of time at a reasonable rate. We currently have a 20 ft oven and a 30 ft blast room and do everything from single custom parts, industrial applications, and production runs.

All parts brought in should be 100% disassembled and free of oil, grime, mud, anything else that can attract to parts. Everything is sandblasted to provide us the best adhesion for the powder coat and is cured between 350-400 degrees. Powder coating is commonly applied to metals, but can be found on plastic, wood, and even glass.

All parts brought to us must be 100% completely free of oil/dirt/stickers/ or any other foreign material that could be attached to the metal. All jobs are quoted based on condition of the part and which color you want. Please email or text pictures of your project and we will get back to you right away with a price.
