In late 2017 a family from the Northern California Bay Area purchased Bayview Recreation Park and reopened as Konocti Shores. Konocti Shores is a beautiful lake front property on the south west part of Clear Lake at the base of Mt. Konocti and is about one mile south of Konocti Harbor Resort. The 20 acre property offers 98 sites for mobile home and RV's, boat storage, 40 boat slips, boat launch and cabin rentals.
