We had just bought a projector and screen off of Craigslist and realized we were in way over our heads when it came to doing a ceiling mount for the projector.
After doing some searching I found A1. I'm glad I chose to go with Rob, he was in and out in no time, made everything look incredibly clean and very secure. Couldn't beat that price either!

Just recently I had some work done on my movie room and had researched this business on Yelp and via their web page. There are a ton of installers in my immediate area but I leaned towards A1 because their page and the emails I have received from the scheduler and Rob himself told me that there was true enjoyment in what they do. I cannot count how many times I've had people show up to do work at my different living areas and act like it was an inconvenience for them to be there taking my money.

Rob has done about a half-dozen separate installations for us. ( We gotta' stop buying stuff.) He has gone out of his way to tell us how all of our equipment works...and to write detailed instructions. ( That last item is sooooo important, especially for those of us who are a more than a bit electronically sub-inclined!)
He is patient and thorough. Heavens to Betsy! He seems to know everything that there is about equipment like this.
We have recommended him to everybody we know who might need his expertise. Oh, did I mention that his price is unbelievably fair?

I was extremely pleased with A1 Installer. They installed an antenna on my roof so that I could get HDTV signals without having to throw money away at Time Warner. The quality of the installation was fantastic. The responsiveness was great. They truly stand behind their work. A few weeks after the install, I was having some signal disruptions. They returned to my house to make the correct adjustments without any issue.
These guys also do a ton of other home entertainment installations, and I'm sure that the quality is also wonderful on those services.

A1 Installer does custom home theatre, electronics, home network and antenna installations. I was looking for someone to put up a high power HDTV external antenna on our roof, similar to a satellite dish. (The internal antenna just wasn't picking up all of the channels we'd hoped to get.)
1. REPLY TIME. I sent an email into them and they were back to me within 24 hours. Things tailed off a little thereafter, it took a week to get the next reply, but things moved in the right direction.
2. ARRIVAL TIME. They were late, but they got there. Wa-a-a-a-ay better than a cable company
