PastPerfect 4.0 was designed to run on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8. The PastPerfect 5.0 Upgrade includes an easy-to-use import tool to convert your 4.0 data to the latest PastPerfect format. Please contact our support office for more information. The following add-on features are available for Version 4.0: MultiMedia Upgrade, Network Upgrade, and Scatter/Gather.

Support is also available on a per-incident basis at the current rate of $85. Conversions, training, and custom programming are billed separately and are not included in our support pricing.
