Sparks Construction was founded in 1979 by Charles Sparks. The company's core goals are developing strong customer relations and creating beautiful spaces. Charles passed away in the fall of 2005. His custom home business, Goldstar Development/Designs, has been featured in several publications, including Tulsa Homes Magazine.
