PISC was established to share the unexplainable experience of surfing to all. Our camps are designed for all who wish to surf and enjoy what the beach life has to offer. Our surf camp helps build confidence and self esteem in kids who wants to take in all the beach fun with new friends in a supervised, safe, and fun atmosphere.
We split our surfers into groups based on age and skill level and have a 4:1 student:instructor ratio. PISC is for surfers of all levels, and we teach in a safe environment among peers and professionals. Equipment is included in every lesson or camp that we offer. We have a variety of surfboards to use for all skill levels including standard short boards, Retro and Modern fish shapes, longboards, and Stand up Paddle boards!

Our summer camp operations are held in front of the big seawall parking lot on Windward Drive, with full restroom and outdoor show amenities. We are just north of the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort, off of Whitecap Blvd. Once you're on the island go through the first stoplight (HWY 361) and stay on SPID another of a mile.
Texas State Aquarium Visit

We will be offering the kids an opportunity to get a private, guided tour through the aquarium, along with access to their new outdoor water playground! It is not mandatory, and a minimum of 4 kids need to be willing to make the trip for us to go. It could be any day, Tuesday-Thursday, and the parents will have notification.

This is a 1.5 hour private lesson with one-on-one personal attention from one instructor. Learn at your own pace. Private lessons can range from beginners to advanced training. Our instructors are the best surfers around, many compete in the TGSA (TGSA) and are capable of training at all levels. This personal attention will get you surfing in no time!

Group camps are the perfect way to reward your team, club, or organization. Padre Island Surf Camp will customize your surfing experience to best accommodate the needs of your group. Whether it is a team of baseball players, your church group, corporate event, or a group of scouts, PISC will make sure everyone is buzzing about what you did for them until you bring them back!
