Using a holistic approach to advance a growth of the game initiative with a focus on player development amongst families and youth programming.

Using state of the art technologies combined with a mantra to preserve the traditions of the game will provide each customer with a unique and engaging experience. The Saratoga Golf Studio will provide a home base that will be utilized for all off-season training programs.

Anders is the owner and founder of AndersMattsonGolf, located at Saratoga Golf Studio in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. A three-time Northeastern NY PGA Teacher of the Year (2014, 2015 & 2017), Mattson has also been recognized by Golf Digest magazine as one of the "Best Young Teachers in America" (2017 and '19) and "Best Teachers" in New York State (2016 & 18).

Anders Mattson is the owner/founder of AndersMattsonGolf, LLC. He has an extensive teaching background as the Director of Instruction at Saratoga National Golf Club where he helped form the Saratoga National Golf Academy. During his tenure, he coached over 60 long term junior students whom have competed on the local, regional and national stage.

New Student Assessment

We will be offering new students the opportunity to take part in an assessment process to help them reach their golfing goals. Our assessment is based on skill acquisition and will analyze each part of your golf game from your equipment, swing, short game and putting. What we are looking for are the pieces of your game that cost you the most strokes on the golf course.

Through my years of teaching and research, I have found that the most successful way to improve ones golf game is to spend time with a coach and receive proper and pertinent information which speeds up the learning process. The long term coaching programs that I offer allow the player to have a sounding board on their golf game and keep it moving in the right direction.
