Walt Pelot knows customer service the way it should be done. I hired Bayview on-Site drapery cleaning company to clean my salon drapes and salon chairs. After eight years of wear and product exposure they were not looking so good. But I had spent a fortune on them when we opened and wasn't ready to just toss them out. They are great! From my inital conversation with Marci, to a followup with her husband Walt, I knew we were in good hands. They explained the process and scheduled a time around my schedule. Walt arrived on time, went over what he would be doing, and kept me up to date on his progress. He definitly was respend of our home and our stuff. When he was complete, he showed me the water from his extractor - yuck! My solar shades look as good as new and Bayview On-Site has a new happy customer! Thanks for a great experience!
